I got to fly in a Cessna today. The plane was built in 1961. It is older than me. We flew from Concord to Petaluma. On the way to Petaluma I sat in the back. On the way back from Petaluma I sat in the right seat. I did get the chance to take the controls and fly it for a few seconds. And I learned a lot. It was nice being at around 2500 feet up too, reinvigorates the hunt for other perspectives.
We flew from Buchanan air field in Concord to a small airport in Petaluma, CA via over the Bay and along part of the coast. Most of the coast is blanketed in fog.
